applications (collectively, the Platform), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of

1. Eligibility

Third-party products are governed by the sellers policies. BMH is not liable for disputes unless we

are the direct seller.

5. Orders, Payments, and Billing

We accept Tabby, Tamara, Amazon, Cards and Paypal. Prices are shown in SAR (or relevant currencies) and may change without notice.

6. Subscriptions

BMH offers subscription plans for premium features and services.

 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly/annually).

Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled before renewal.

Cancellation: Cancel anytime. No refunds for the current billing period.

 Trials: Free trials convert to paid unless canceled.

 Failed Payments: May result in service suspension.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled by the seller. If no return policy exists, BMHs policy applies:

- Return within 14 days of delivery

- Items must be unused and in original packaging

- Refunds issued within 7 business days after return receipt

8. User Conduct

No illegal, abusive, or infringing behavior is allowed. Violations may result in account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (text, images, software) is owned by BMH or its licensors.

10. Disclaimers & Liability

The platform is provided as is. BMH is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

11. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

For users in the EU and California:

- You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data.

- You can object to or restrict certain data processing activities.
